Francesca Tutunjian, is the owner and operator of La Luna Wellness in beautiful Troy, N.Y. Francesca studied at the Center For Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany NY and has been a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2019. Francesca knew from a young age that she always wanted to help people feel better and what better way to do that than with massage. “ My intention is to provide wellness and balance in a professional, secure and caring atmosphere. I like to really listen to my clients so each massage treatment is tailored specifically to the client’s needs and requests.

Appointment Policies
You will receive a call, text or email to confirm all appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, 24 hours notice is required. Missed appointments (No Show) will be charged 50% of the service booked.
All treatments will end on time, regardless of how late the start, so not to delay the next client.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gift Certificate and Package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift Certificates expire nine years from date of purchase. Packages expire one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates contain value which may only be used to purchase goods and services at La Luna Wellness. Present this gift certificate upon arrival or at appointment check out and amount will be deducted from total. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value. Gratuities may not be deducted from gift certificates. La Luna Wellness is not responsible for gift certificates that have been lost, stolen, or destroyed.
